Jack Roberts is an attorney practicing in the Twin Cities, Minnesota metro area. Jack is a founder of Roberts Law, PLLC. Jack represents business owners and their companies on a wide variety of corporate and commercial real estate matters, including corporate formation, general business counseling, contract drafting and review, intellectual property licensing, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, ownership agreements, commercial real estate transactions, and business succession planning.

Jack previously practiced law as a corporate and real estate attorney at a national law firm. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jack was a Russian linguist and team leader of a Tactical Intelligence Collection team in the U.S. Army, as well as a technology consultant in the automotive industry.
